The staff was rude..they don't keep up with whom is staying longer than a night or either they do t tell housekeeping. So they came in our room at 10:am, mins you check out is 11am I was sleep and my wife didn't have any clothes on. She had to run across the room to keep them from coming in and the little top lock was on and they still was trying to come in the room. They disregard the do not disturb sign. Microwave was roach infested, and the ceiling was leaking I. The bathroom from the fixture everytime someone above takes a bath or shower This place should be bought out or closed down. They also kepth the lobby closed taking about COVID protocols but their family( the hotel owner) was enjoying the lobby and it amenities everyday like we don't see them. Oh I forgot. No heat in winter. That was the least of my problems.
