This is a brand new building that feels like it had a lot of money thrown at it with very little thought or oversight as to the design or functionality. For example (among dozens), the elevator doors are beautiful, thick glass, but there is no sensor, so it almost chopped me in half as I was exiting. Parking is a nightmare, you have to pay for the pool and facilities, and it feels like the staff is variously furious and confused.

Schöne, neue Zimmer aber mässiger Service...

Wir haben zu Dritt ein Appartement für drei Tage gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und modern - vielleicht eine der Schönsten in Mamaia. Für den recht hohen Preis haben wir jedoch einen besseren Service erwartet. So war z.B. die Nutzung des Pools separat und teuer zu bezahlen, der Service am Strand (Getränke) war extrem langsam und auch im Restaurant wurden wir ein paar Mal enttäuscht. So war z.B. einmal das Fleisch völlig durchgebraten obwohl "saignant bzw. bloody" bestellt. Ein anderes Mal wurden die beiden bestellten Vorspeisen und der Hauptgang gleichzeitig serviert. Auch die Bezahlung wurde im Restaurant jedes Mal zur nervigen Geduldsprobe. Im weiteren störte uns die dauernde und viel zu laute Musik-Beschallung am Strand und die zu hoch dosierte Beduftung der Hotel-Korridore. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der effiziente Valet-Service und der wirklich schöne, flach abfallende Strand. Fazit: Wen laute Musik, Beduftung und mässiger Service nicht abschreckt, kann im White Tower Mamaia ein paar schöne Ferientage verbringen.

Modernes Hotel diekt am Strand

Ein gut gelegenes Hotel, ein wenig abseits vom Zentrum. Direkt am Meer, auf einer Seite ein Campingplatz und auf der anderen Seite Hotel Opera. Störend war der Club mit einer Lautstärke bis am Morgen und dass man die Liegen bezahlen muss am Pool. Gute Restaurant in der Nähe.
