Cosy welsh cottage situated on a hillside with views of mountains and Adventure Park Snowdonia at Dolgarrog

The Space:
Situated between Conwy and Llanrwst in the Conwy valley 2 minutes walk to Adventure Park Snowdonia
25 mins drive to beach at Penmonmawr and Morfa Conwy Also Llandudno 25 minutes and Conwy 15 mins . Accommodation is on two floors. A kitchen diner and lounge with open fire. Bathroom with over bath shower. Conservatory which contains table football to keep the kids amused on the ground floor. Three bedrooms on the first floor. 1st bedroom has double bed, 2nd Yy bedroom is a guest bed that is made into , twin beds but can be made into kingsize or a single on request and 3rd bedroom has bunk beds that can sleep adults. Covered area to lock and store bikes or to leave buggy. Also in covered area you can hang waterproofs or wetsuits to dry.

Smart TV with Prime video and Netflix BBC I player and ITV HUB( any payable movies etc will be charged to the guest). Please contact Ray to arrange payment. DVD player available and fibre optic WiFi.

Guest Access:
All of the house and garden apart from a small area at the bottom of the garden that has not been renovated yet

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is situated in a small village in the Conwy valley area Conwy Valley Hotel is 10 mins walk and is dog friendly or 2 mins walk to Adventure Park Snowdonia bar or Hilton Hotel Bar or 5 mins drive to The Fairy Falls Pub in Trefriw ,which is also dog friendly , where you can play pool or enjoy a meal. Also The Ship Inn at Trefriw where you can sit out enjoying your drink by a river or enjoy a meal.

Small shop 2 mins walk opposite Adventure Park Snowdonia or 10 mins drive to a Co op or Spar in Llanrwst. Butcher and grocer 5 mins drive in Trefriw

Zip world for toboggan and high ropes 20 min drive

Lakes for walking around. 20 min drive

Conwy with castle and many pubs and restaurants also a lovely quay to walk along 20 min drive

Llandudno with beaches and many restaurants and pubs 30 mins drive

Betsy Coed the popular inland resort is approx 15 mins drive

Fishing approx 15 mins drive at Rowen water gardens and pancake house

Many beautiful walks around the area. Leaflets at cottage along with other leaflets of places to visit.

Getting Around:
There are local buses to Llandudno. Conwy and Llanrwst. There are plenty of beautiful walks and bike tracks. A car allows you to see further afield there are mountain bike tracks in the nearby mountains

Other Things to Note:
Whilst relaxing on the patio area can hear the relaxing sound of the surf waves
