This location was perfectly situated across from a park that has activities for all ages. It is close to numerous restaurants and other convenience stores. We enjoyed ourselves greatly, although, I would recommend adding TVs to the upstairs bedrooms

Nice home and quiet area. I Wish the beds were a softer for a good night rest, the couch was hard for me for my back.Waited for a while for check in accessibility but granted me a hour late check out. Overall plenty of space.

Peaceful Stay Property Close to Atlanta International Horse Park

Communication with host was very timely. Property is as posted. It was a great stay for us while participating in the Spartan races. We will stay here again next year, if available. Thank you.

The townhouse could use a little tlc. Dead bugs in a corner of the living room, broken handle on the refrigerator door, sparse furniture.

Upon check there was a horrible smell! Not sure of what, dampness smell, smoke smell, just awful. Also at arrival there was a dirt stain in kitchen area as well as multiple dead bugs, it gave the impression that no one has been to the property for a while. Relayed this to host and she did offer to switch us to another unit(G) which we stayed in before and it was smaller than this unit(B). We checked in late and had already begin the unpacking process. The host did check in the next morning to see it we wanted to switch units but we decided to do a deep clean ourselves and stay for the remainder of our trip which was a total of 8 nights. Regardless of our cleaning and wipe down the smell still lingered, also broken blind in bedroom would not come down had to cover area with a pillowcase as window was at the front of property. I would suggest the owners do a thorough cleaning and put care into an older condo.

At fist not happy but ended good

When we arrived the property was not clean it looked as if someone had just checked out! We contacted the host and was told that there was a glitch in their system and it said that we were supposed to check in the following day even though I paid for that day as well. We had to check into a hotel for the first night. Went back to the property the following day after going to a local Walmart buying new bed linen, cleaning supplies and towels and so forth, cleaned the entire property. Maybe about two hours after cleaning the property the cleaning lady showed up she didn't speak English we couldn't understand each other(thank goodness for a translation app) She left she didn't have to clean we had did it already. We made the most of the rest of our stay and I was still charged a cleaning fee for the property after we cleaned it, did not receive any reimbursement for the new linen or anything.
