The beds were great. the room was horrible no heat, no ac, we ask for handicapped they put us on second floor we had to carry wheelchair up and then we went to restaurant and they burnt our food then our french toast was under cooked and tge apple juice was served with chuncks, then expected us to pay. We will never never ever return.
When we arrived no one was at desk then when someone did show up we weren't greeted or even hello just i need id no plese or thank you. Went to our room tv remote wouldn't work called down to front desk if you can even call it a front desk and was told to hold remote on top of tv to change the channel. The next morning we went down to have coffee and there was no cups and no creamer and i went to use the phone to get help and it just rang and rang.i had been at this place before and the service was really good as was the food . The place needs a good cleaning way better customer service and updated.
No elevator. A tiny space heater and an oscillating fan for your comfort lol. Furnished in Salvation Army castoffs. Truly awful for the price. I do not recommend.
Great small western town feel. It was really the disconnect we needed from the hustle and bustle of life. Curtis, the GM made sure we had everything we needed. At home feeling. The rooms have a lodge feel. Clean and comfortable. No air conditioning but with the Montana air it wasnât needed. No cell service except for WiFi only in the lodge. The rooms are updated but still outdated if youâre looking for the modern feel. No elevator but two flights of steps with luggage might be much for older people. The lodge restaurant was probably a 4 out of 10 but service was good. We did try the saloon down the block and they had much better food choices and pizza. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
