This is a great spot to get the flavor of downtown Cookeville. Super convenient location and parking spot. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Our host Lindy was helpful and responsive. 11 out of 10 recommend.

Great downtown stay

We loved the location so much, and the interior of this condo is absolutely beautiful! You will have everything you need here, and once you park after your day out, you won't need to drive for dinner or breakfast, there are tons of restaurants at your doorstep.
