You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities.

The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
