VINTAGE CAPE COTTAGE CIRCA 1875 COMPLETLY RESTORED AND UPDATED WITH NEW APPLIANCES,KITCHEN,CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING ,BATHROOMS & WINDOWS.I DISCOVERED DURING THE RENOVATION THAT THIS WAS A POST AND BEAM CONSTRUCTED HOME SO I EXPOSED ALL THE BEAMS AND CEILING JOISTS TO GIVE IT THAT RUSTIC LOOK THAT MY WIFE AND I PERSONALLY LOVE.
THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE MAIN ROAD WHICH IS ROUTE 28 .THIS STRETCH OF ROAD IS CALLED THE MAGNIFICENT MILE BECAUSE OF THE BUSINESSES AND RESTAURANTS.THE DREAMS PARK IS A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY TO THE SOUTH AND THE VILLAGE AND HALL OF FAME IS A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY TO THE NORTH.THERE IS A WIDE VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES TO PLEASE THE WHOLE FAMILY SO PLEASE CONSIDER STAYING WITH US ON YOUR VACATION TO COOPERSTOWN

We stay at rentals frequently. This was the nicest one yet! We appreciate all of the original charm this cottage had to offer. The accommodations were family friendly and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. The owners have been quick to respond and delightful to communicate with during our stay. We will be back and recommend to friends and family.
