**HOSTED BY 2 LOCALS - Adriana and Samantha** Woodview Retreat is ideal for an upstate getaway. Perfect for a family, couples, or even just for yourself! The property is tucked away on a private street so you can soak in all the good vacation vibes. Nothing beats this location - feel the peace of seclusion, but within a minute be right on one one of Cooperstown’s main roads!

There are 3 units on this property, each with it’s own separate entrance, outdoor seating, and fire pit. All 3 share the pool. Rent all 3 for a group!!

Entrance door of the apartment opens to the dining area, kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms are at the back of the apartment. There are two full bathrooms. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a king in the other bedroom. The sofa pulls out, and is an option for a third bed.

You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Pool is shared with 2 other units. Each unit has its own fire pit.

Woodview Retreat is just 2 turns off the main road, Route 28, in Cooperstown. This location is amazing because you are close to everything yet feel tucked away in your own little retreat. There is a spacious front yard and woods behind the apartment home creating just stunning outdoor scenery. Woodview Retreat is in Cooperstown, NY, best known for its ties with baseball tournaments and the Baseball Hall of Fame but also an amazing town for fishing, swimming in lake Otsego, kayaking and boating, the Glimmerglass Opera and just getting away into the country to relax!

Great spot
This apartment helped make our Cooperstown experience that much better! Location to Dreams Park and town was so convenient. The grounds are very nice and the pool was so much bigger than expected. The apartment is very clean, and has all the essentials for an easy stress free stay. A great place to relax after a day of games at Dreams park!
