Upon speaking to the general mgr prior to our stay ,our lower floor room would be ready ,also the pool was ours for our granddaughters 13th birthday party. When we arrived, the room was not ready and was directed to a second floor room. All steps ,with luggage and party supplies. I am a premier member so as a perk we are privileged for a two hour early and 2 hour lare departure. Checout time is normally 11 am. At 11:30 our phone started ringing and my husband by the dront desk asking how much longer it was going to take us. She needed to notify the housecleaning deot. All night there was pipes banging ,so a restful night was not to be. After staying there in the past many times, I will never stay there again

Staff was wonderful and welcoming and fun!! Shout out to Cody, Emily and the Security Guy. Emily was all business and i appreciated her helping me stay in the same room as I booked another week. Cody always made me feel welcome and bright smiles and laughter. They did and do a phenomenal job!! The security guy always made me feel like I was secure and kept the “riffraff” away and cleaned along his way. This was a GREAT experience!!
