Room was clean and beautiful view. Had an ant problem that they not only came up and tried to spray for/rectify immediately but they did a partial comp of my room also. While the problem obviously wasn’t ideal, they handled it for us as best they could considering they were full and could not put us in another room.

Why on earth was our tv controlled from another room ?????? Because there are no room phones I had to get out of bed, dress out of my pjs and go to the front desk. The staff was polite and came with a different remote to get the television back in our control. SHAME ON YOU! We were told this was a common problem. We couldn’t even turn it off after some other room turned it on!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Safeway was just a short walk from our room but had a loud annoying noise. Good thing we couldn't hear it once we got inside our room. The parking lot felt unsafe as there were different characters walking around. Our bedroom was too easily accessible to the public which I didn't like. Anyone could walk onto the property and our rooms were easily viewable from the pier. I couldn't put my finger on it but our room did stink a little.

Very clean, safe and friendly hotel. Walls are a bit thin, so if you get a loud neighbor it can be annoying. But would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and newly remodeled, beautiful. We had a nice view of the river. Very clean and comfortable. Property location was great.

Large room. Clean. Tried to check in 2 hours early. Met by a friendly staff member. However wanted $20 early checking fee. So we went to lunch and came back at 3:30. One person at the desk, a large party of Forest Service employees in line. Waited 45 mins to get to a room.

Room was great and staff. Only one microwave in building at front desk but works good. Nice water view . We are here 9/28. If your staying here the next 2 weeks when you check in make sure your room m is not by the large white trucks as workers are here and at 6:30am they make a large amount of noise fir 30 minutes outside room 111 talking very loud while they are drinking coffee and in there phones
