Got this place for my son's 18th birthday (him and three friends). We weren't sure how the owners would feel about it - they are all great kids and we had no doubt they would not be any problem. The owners were super friendly and said how great it was we were doing this for our son. They are some of the nicest people and my wife and I almost got a room there to stay for the weekend. Small kitchen with everything you need, nice patio, TV and the rounded staircase is super cool. Very cozy place and with a lot of charm. Places like this close to the water generally have an ocean smell but that is completely normal. Next time we head to Ocean Shores, we will definitely book here.

We love Surfcrest! The location in the dunes is great - easy walk to the beach. The resort amenities (pool, sauna, canoes) are terrific and lots of fun. The units are not new but they are very well maintained and clean, with everything you need for a great visit to the coast.

Really nice place and friendly staff. The TV died the first night and the power went out on the 2nd night, but we had fun. We’ll be back when there isn’t a storm with 70mph winds.

Surfcrest is located just north of Pcean Shores. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and equipped. Gas fireplace keeps the room warm. The beach is a short walk on a well marked trail. We stayed off season but saw kayaks and canoes available. The grounds atr well kept with fire pit and playground for kids. Will stay again for sure.

We found this property to be pretty magical. The balcony and deck overlooked a wooded area that was a labyrinth of paths all leading to the dunes and beach. The whole place is super pet friendly. And the amenities like free kayaks and boats, dog parks, hot tub and pool, clubhouse and fire pit were all amazing. Highly recommend to anyone. We are already planning our next trip here.

Such a fun place, beautiful beach

Just a quick overnight trip, but our family really enjoyed our stay. They have an en suite kitchenette. The stairs to the second floor are spiral style and the stair treads are a poured concrete with stone inside which is a bit uncomfortable on the feet but otherwise it is so cozy and highly recommended.
