A fantastic studio townhouse in an old converted warehouse. The house sits secluded in the back courtyard of the main building - withdrawn from the street and the city buzz. The property is gated so You and the other residents will have lots of privacy. Entrance with storage, large bathroom with a shower and an open floor plan with kitchen, living and sleeping area. Large windows and terrace door to let in the light. Outside you will access to a large private balcony - perfect to relax in the sun. You will also have access to a large roof top terrace if your balcony do not suffice.
