Very Pleasant Stay

Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Automated check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was small for 3 people, but adequate and clean. Excellent proximity to suburban train. Easy access to groceries, ATM, and local restaurants. About 15 minute train ride to central Copenhagen. We had Copenhagen Cards so no added expense for the trains. Even my picky wife was satisfied! All the pillows had feathers, to which my wife is allergic, but we made do. Nice buffet breakfast for added cost. We would stay there again.

Horrible check in process.

The check in process was a nightmare. The automated machines did not work. We called several times to get some one on the phone to help us. We waited 1 1/2 hours to get our room key because there was no one there to help us. Finally someone on the phone took the payment info and the keys were dispensed. The rooms were ok when we got into them. The breakfast was very limited. Would not go there again..

Excellent location but hard to get in and out. Poorly accessible after 10 pm. No elevator to the 9th floor. Didn’t have WiFi as our room was at the end. No vending machines so no ice or pop and no fridge in the room

Not sure why people didn't like this place. I actually enjoyed it. It's in a shopping mall, and the checkin is automated, but what's wrong with that? The process worked, and there's someone on the intercom if there are any problems. The mall is nice, albeit things are not open 24/7, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I was in the area.

Perfect location and nice rooms

The hotel is located at a great spot but hotel staff can do a better job at providing directions. The hotel elevator entrance is very difficult to find hotel is located inside a shopping mall with multiple entrances. The hotel is located on the 7th and 8th floor but the elevator won't go up to the 8th floor. So good luck dragging your bags to the 8th floor if your room is on the 8th floor. The room was clean and very spacious. Don't expect much from morning breakfast.

Hotel is central in Roskilde and in a nice location. Been in it several times and rooms are variable in size. Those in older part can be on the small size. Hotel was nice and warm. -2c outside. Comfortable and clean. Good value l.

Basic and clean. Access can be confusing.

Stayed here for one night, last minute booking due to missing my flight as I thought it was close to the airport. The room rate was great but it cost about 425 Danish Krone to get to the airport about 15/20 mins away. Spoke to reception via intercom to gain access and used the self check in, which seems to be the only way. Check in is on Level 8 accessed by lift, but my room was on Level 9. I was disappointed that the only way to get to Level 9 was via the stairs and I had two heavy cases with work equipment, so I had to bring them to my room one at a time, leaving the other unattended. The same when I was leaving in the morning at 5 am, so not ideal. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre so I was able to get food. The room itself was ok. Basic and clean but the bathroom was looking a bit dated.
