Beautiful property and restaurant. No in room refrigerator, one bedside table in a two queen room. 2 luggage carts for the property that were taken by the tour buses. Disappointing for the price.

This hotel had many of the luxuries other places we stayed in Alaska did not have … having said this, it was a bit soulless, more like a slightly up market UK Premier Inn. It was my 40th birthday and the bar was shut by 9 everyone was in bed. We were the last people in the common area and felt like we should leave … I was in bed by 10, very odd

This property was average, was not special. It did not present views better than you get at the National Park Visitors Center. It was a warm night the time I stayed, the ac didn't work, so opened window and used the room's box fan and ceiling fan. Staff couldn't get the printer to work. Stood by for 20 minutes until a manager arrived, apologized for my wait, and gave me my key. Restaurant foods were just okay.
