This condo is set right near the ends of the intermediate Collage and Bouncer runs, making it an ideal choice for guests who want to be close to all the winter activities while still enjoying the benefits of town. Copper Mountain offers skiing and snowboarding lessons for all ages and skill levels, so guests can learn how to best enjoy the beautiful mountain, while also having easy access to rentable gear.

If you're looking to go farther afield, the Mayflower Gulch Trail - with close proximity to old mining trails and lovely wildflowers, - is just under seven miles from the condo. There’s also an oxygen bar on-site for guests looking to breathe a little easier.

Inside your stay, highlights include the gas fireplace, set just right for sinking in front of at the end of the day. Set the mood with a DVD or your favorite tunes playing through the stereo, and reach ultimate relaxation. The full kitchen is perfect for crafting your favorite culinary creations. Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Vacasa office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect getaway at Copper

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and coziness of this property. We liked the layout and the fact that the kitchen was well equipped, enabling us to enjoy some home cooked meals after a day on the slopes. The view from the condo was amazing, and the location was perfect - just a very short walk to the lifts. Given the opportunity we would certainly stay here again!

2024 Ski Trip with Friends

Rundown, neglected and gross! Half the window treatments weren’t working. One even had a sign that read “broken” taped to it. We had to hang blankets for privacy. Towel bars were broken or missing. There was no way to deadbolt the door because it was missing as well. The worst part was the two water leaks in the kitchen ceiling coming from the apartment above. One in front of the stove And the other in front of the sink. It was almost impossible to cook or clean without random water leaking all over yourself and the floor. We are not talking drips. This was a full on leak that got worse during our stay. The smell was awful. The management company Vacasa was absolutely no help. The ONLY help they offered was to let us spend our vacation watching contractors repair the problem. I even had to justify my request for more towels to clean up the leaks that happened multiple times everyday. They ghosted us as soon as we requested another place to stay or reimbursement. We still have not heard anything from them. Through guestbook entries we know they have been renting this apartment with the ceiling leak since April of 2024.

Location was just perfect 👌

Nice clean and comfortable apartment .We really enjoyed our stay .Needs some updates but overall w loved it .A little info to the owner now .Some of the paint on the cealing in the kitchen is pealing off ( could be a leak from the apartment above ?) Faucet handle in the kitchen keeps falling off ( just need a screw to stay in place ) . Overall we love it .Thank you .

Great location for skiing

Literally steps from the American Eagle lift at Copper Mountain. A ski locker in the heated garage also made it easy to ski back for lunch. The condo building itself is old, but nice updates in the kitchen and bathroom made it an enjoyable stay. The 2 queen beds and pull out couch were perfect for our family of 5. Couple notes: garage height is 6'10" and fireplace wasn't working though the Vacasa Property Mgmt team came within hours of my text to try and fix it. Overall, would recommend!

GREAT LOCATION

My main goal was to get as close as possible to the ski lift. This property was a hop, skip and a jump to the American Eagle lift. Very convenient! There are plenty of places to eat that are within walking distance. It was cozy, clean and equipped with items to make your meals. The host was very good about sending updates and checking in with you to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Disappointed in the little things

This property is in a great location, right next to the American Eagle lift at Copper Mountain. However, what we didn't count on was the fact that the snow cats were running all night, grooming the runs next to the lift, making it very noisy and difficult to sleep during the night . The condo itself was comfortable, but for what we paid, we expected it to compare to staying at a decent hotel. However, we found several small problems: There were no wash cloths in the unit, only large bath towels, making it very difficult to wash up. There was not a box of tissues, and the hair dryer supplied to the unit was broken. There was a light bulb out in the bedroom light fixture, making the room very dark at night. The refrigerator handle was so disgusting I had to wipe it down with an alcohol wipe before we could use it. Also, the toilet seat was loose. One of the bar stools at the bar broke apart when I sat on it, and I only weigh 115 lbs. Worst of all, my 96-year-old mother, who had come along for a get-away, attempted to take her walker on the handicap ramp at the front of the building to get inside, but it was so full of ice and snow that she had to painstakingly use the stairs every time we came in and out of the building. Even though there was a Vacasa office nearby, there was never anyone in the office to address these issues. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

great location

Perfect location and space for my son and me. We had an awesome last minute trip. The ski in/ski out location is great. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if available!
