Situated slope-side on Lower Roundabout (a comfortable green run), the Warming Hut is winter perfection with its effortless ski in/ski out access and proximity to the ski school and Kokomo and Union Creek lifts. It’s also a summer stunner with spectacular views and easy access to all mountain activities.

The Warming Hut was designed for families and friends to have their best possible gathering. Open concept and multi-floor rooms encourage shared experiences while also allowing for relaxation in front of a cozy fire and two-story mountain views. The recreation room has a wet bar, pool table, four TVs, and seating for 14. The ski room offers ample room for gear, a fireplace, a TV, and a card table. And don't forget the six person hot tub just steps off the ski room.

For professional and college sports fans, there is no better house in Summit County. The recreation room is your own sports bar with four TVs that can be tuned to four different games simultaneously. Each of the three TVs on the state-of-the-art video wall (one 82" flanked by four 40") is connected to both cable and DirecTV, and the fourth TV (55") has cable. It was designed to be the perfect setup for March Madness, NFL Sundays, college football Saturdays, Bowl season, and the NBA, MLB, and Stanley Cup playoffs.

The two upstairs master suites are spacious, with king beds, fireplaces, private baths, and mountain vistas. The two downstairs king bedrooms have attached baths, and the bunk room has two sets of queen over queen bunks with its own bath. Flat screen TVs are in every bedroom and in each bunk. Large family or extra friends coming along? No problem. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the rec room.

We all know that FOOD is near the top of everyone’s what-makes-vacation-special list, and the Warming Hut does not disappoint. Many guests say that the central, gourmet kitchen with commercial grade appliances actually made them want to cook. For those who prefer chef-prepared food, we can help you arrange a professional in-Hut culinary feast (our local cooks/caterers love the kitchen, too). On nights when you want to try a local restaurant, a complimentary shuttle will come to the Warming Hut’s front door during prime ski season dates.
