"The Biltmore is a place like no other. If you've been here, you know what I mean; if you haven't... just do it! You'll be so glad you did. We go every year for our anniversary in June, so we're always there during pool season, and that pool is one incredible place to be. It's bigger than a small lake and the atmosphere is heavenly. The Fontana restaurant is great for supper, and also breakfast. The bar alongside the pool is perfect for lunch and a little drink-ee-poo when the sun gets a tad too hot on the old skin. The rooms are luxurious and grand, no matter the size or layout; comfortable beds, sophisticated bathroom, robes to wear in the night, so great. We love the Biltmore, we're fans you might say. Those who run the place and those who make the place run are courteous and friendly and even more important, they are knowledgeable. Make sure to spend a few leisurely and peaceful days at the Biltmore. Oh, and one of my favorite features, on every floor, along the length of every corridor, are large framed pictures covering the entire history of both the Biltmore and the city of Coral Gables."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Near Coral Gables downtown amenities and trolley. The restaurant has a great breakfast selection. The cleaning staff is good and cares to make your stay a good one. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would stay there again!"

"We stay here because the hotel which is actually in an old office building has a wonderful staff. Breakfast is outstanding but skip the buffet and order of the menu. Great restaurants are within a few blocks away like Buchon, Buccan etc."

"Location was great for what we needed! Parking was awesome, easy and accessible. Comfortable bed! Water pressure from shower was perfect too (sounds silly but it was great!) Very humid in the room. A little out dated but overall okay for the price. Staff was great! Easy check in, answered my questions when I had them."

"The lady at the cute front desk was very helpful during my stay. The gentleman who took my bags to my room, as well as operated the old-fashioned elevator, was fabulous. The room was just beautiful and so far from a typical hotel room that I felt like I was a treasured "grand dame!" I have wanted to stay in this BOUTIQUE HOTEL since I lived in Coral Gables in the mid 80s. Back then the restaurant and the side bar were very oh-La-La French inspired. IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT ( except the cute bar and the French restaurant are no longer part of the space. Zucca Coarl Gables, a high-end Italian restaurant, now occupies the spaces."
