Went to check in they gave me my room keys and they wouldnt work so they gave us a new room. Went to 2nd floor and there was rooms with no door locks the 1st floor door to take the stairs was broken and u couldnt get out of it, which was scary considering they had fire alarms going off when we checked in got to our rooms and they were decently clean but smelled like moth balls n oldness. Then next morning got woken up by 2 fire alarms again we were told faulty smoke dectors that were possibly as old as the building. We get back to sleep and i hear a noise and its house keeping they just walked in NO knock no nothing and it was only 830 and check out wasnt until 11. I was not happy so i went down stairs and let front desk kno what happened and they apologize and gave us an hr extra for check out. I will say the young guy and another gentlemen was very nice.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot all great. Even have under ground parking. The beautiful young woman at the desk was very nice and went in to detail for each customer and even offered the older couple a great place to eat. Very big inside lost of charging places and to sit. Didnt eat the breakfast but looked good and hot 😋
