New property, great location for dining, shopping.

This is a new extended-stay property, very clean, with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. This was a new option the area since I'd last visited and it offered a great rate, so I decided to give it a try, even though staying one night. The front desk people were very polite and helpful. I arrived about a half hour before check-in time but decided to stop since I was driving by on my route to my first stop. My room type wasn't ready, so I suggested doing the paperwork and I'd return later for my room assignment. Returning a couple of hours later, my room type still wasn't available, but a substitution was made for the same price. Since no breakfast was offered, I made stops for both dinner and breakfast items. The kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator and a large microwave. I did not get a chance to use the two stove burners in the countertop but would likely use them on a longer stay. The kitchen was so bright and clean, unlike other extended-stay properties I've patronized in the past. This part of the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty area offers many dining and shopping options. I look forward to staying here again in the future if available!

Hotel is set up more for long term guests. Staff was friendly. No breakfast and minimal amenities. Room has full sized refrigerator/freezer and a large modern microwave. They also have an electric cooktop, but do not supply any cooking utensils, plates, or silverware, however; they are available for purchase at the front desk.

Check in was a bit unnerving but fine after that

I made the reservation online. Once I got to the hotel I couldn't enter and the lobby window was closed. I called the number several times with no answer. As I was about to cancel the reservation, I tried one more time to reach the hotel and he finally answered. After that we had no issues and our stay was pleasant.

Great place but needs more oversight

The site was beautiful and very clean. The price was also very nice. Only encountered one person while there and she was very friendly. Only negative I have is there is no one onsite 24/7 so when a fight broke out at 4am and again at 5 and 6 there was no one to call even thou they leave after hours extension. No one answered it the 3 times i called. Even left a message and no return call. Would have called 911 but there would be no one to let the police in the building .The fight was very physical and sounded like the people were breaking things and broke thru a door. After the 3rd fight decided to check out early however there is no one to check you out at the desk until 10 am! Like i said the place was nice comfortable and affordable. Just needs 24/7 on sight management

Overall the property is clean and well maintained. Only real issue was the loudness of other guests whether it was hallway or floors above and below. Could be since there is no carpet, there is nothing to absorb the sound.
