Absolutely beautiful. Room was very nice we had a second floor balcony room. Beautiful view of the Moutians. Restaurant was fantastic. Can't wait to stay again. Pool was open till 9pm. Great front desk staff.

I loved the peace and quiet of the cabin. It was so peaceful and the inside of it just absolutely blew me away with the setting and cleanliness. will definitely stay here again soon.

Been to PMSP many times, but first time staying in a cabin. It was clean and neat and everything worked. The bathrooms, while clean, had missing/non-working light bulbs, rusted AC vents, rusted sink and fixtures. Not bad, but it just gave a hint that maintenance was a lax. Grounds were worse: broken chunks of concrete and corrugated drain pipe on the sides of the roads, dying or overgrown shrubs. Service in the dining room was terrible: about an hour from order to food arrival. Wait staff was friendly and apologetic, just terribly short staffed and over worked. Food was hot and delicious, however. Pool was great. We enjoyed our stay, but there are signs that things need to be improved on.

We understand that Pine Mountain SP is Kentucky's oldest park, but is in of much repairs. We stayed in cabin #220 and was very disappointed in the condition of the cabin. It smelt as if the cabin had never been oped since the past winter. There was a"HEAVY" campfire smell and making it hard to get comfortable. The Lodge restaurant was disappointing as to the service and quality of food.

I am sorry you had a bad experience in our restaurant. I will address those issue with the restaurant supervisors. I will also have the housekeeping staff check into the issues with 220. Thank you for staying with us and I hope you give us a second chance to make things right with you.
