1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: From 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
If you need to modify these times, please consult us in advance.

2. Number of Guests
The accommodation is booked for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Additional guests and parties are not permitted.

3. Respect for the Neighborhood
Respect the tranquility of the surroundings, especially during rest hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
Avoid making loud noises.

4. Use of Facilities
Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and other equipment.
Report any damage or problems that arise during your stay immediately.
Towels and bed linen are for use in the accommodation only.

5. Cleaning and Waste
Keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
Dispose of waste in the appropriate containers according to recycling regulations.
If you use the kitchen, leave everything clean after use.

6. Prohibitions
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

One week before your arrival:
You will receive an email with two important items:

Welcome Book: Includes detailed information about the property and helpful tips for your stay.
Guest Registration Link: This registration is mandatory according to regulations. Please complete the form before your arrival.

On the day of arrival:
You will receive a message with detailed instructions for entering the property.
A missed call will be made to the number provided, from the mobile phone used for the booking. You will then be able to open the gate. Once inside the plot, you will find a security box where the keys to the accommodation are located. Enter the code we will provide in the instructions to open it.
