Beautiful Spacious Villa, Heated Private Pool Near to great beaches & Corfu Town

Villa Chloe is an ideal holiday home for families or friends; set in the countryside so peace and quiet is guaranteed but within close proximity to supermarkets, tavernas and beaches. The famous water park is just 1600 metres away and Corfu Town is a 10-15 minute drive. Some of the best beaches on the island are close by including Glyfada, Ermones and Pelekas. As you can see Villa Chloe has so much to offer close by but we think you might find it difficult to tear yourself away from this villa - its spacious, bright and airy with all the home comforts you will appreciate whilst on your well-deserved holiday. Lets start with the spacious lounge with its cream leather sofas, 50 inch flat screen smart TV, DVD and fireplace; fully-equipped kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and a huge bathroom. Outside is not a let-down either - a BBQ and outside dining area complete with sink and wood burning pizza oven overlooking the large pool - this is surrounded by grass, trees and flowers.

We had a wonderful stay at villa Chloe, family of 7, plenty of room for all and the villa was clean had all facilities you would need, including AC in the bedrooms which was great as it was so hot when we holidayed. Gorgeous Pool which we used a lot, sun beds, BBQ, Pizza Oven, out door seating. This was our first time in Corfu and the first time we had hired a Villa and what can I say, our Villa Host Elaine was an absolute gem of a lady! So helpful, always at hand if we needed anything, gave us a lift to the shop as we didn’t hire a car ( which I do recommend doing) bought us over coal for our BBQ, took our luggage to the airport as we had a later flight and needed to vacate the Villa in the morning. I cannot thank you enough Elaine! A Star Host and a lovely lovely lady! I would definitely return to Villa Chloe and highly recommended a stay here. Fantastic holiday.

Good Privacy

At first glance you may think: “oh dear, we are in the middle of nowhere.“ Wrong. It is in the center of the island, a gated series of villas, and you have several parking spots at your disposal. Not possible near the beach or a tourist area. You must have a rental car (reasonable, the host connected us with Avanti) and it was fun to visit different beaches and different areas on Corfu. The rental cars are tiny beaters and that is exactly what you need on these roads. SuperMarkets are minutes away, and on Sunday small grocers also have supplies. “The Kitchen” a restaurant minutes away is terrific (11-6) as is the pizzeria across the street from them (only after 6pm). The property could certainly upgrade the bedding and lumpy pillows, but hey, 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool. It worked for us !

Had a fabulous 10 days at the Villa, owners were lovely and the place fabulous, quiet and rural but only 10/15 mins to Corfu Town. Recommended....

Perfect family break

I booked this property for my family's summer holiday and shared it with my brother and his family. Eight of us stayed together very comfortably and enjoyed everything the villa had to offer. We made full use of the pool and outside cooking facilities, often choosing to spend the day poolside rather than heading out in the cars. However, when we did venture out, we found the villa perfectly placed as a base to explore the whole island. Its central location meant that most places were no more than a short drive away. Elaine was brilliant before and during our visit. She helped us with everything from arranging transfers to and from the airport, booking hire cars and even ran us to the supermarket on our first day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, if you are looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. Amazing!!

wonderful place

We felt very comfortable in the spacious and very well equipped villa. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Since the villa is located in the middle of the island, various beaches and corfu town can be easily reached. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly.

Amazing house

We had a wonderful stay into Elaine’s house. The house is really nice, the pool and garden too and very enjoyable. We would like to thank Elaine again for her kindness, the small gifts at our arrival and all the advices she gave us to make our trip better. Elaine’s house is well located in a quiet area but close to everything you could need (by car we were at 3min from shops, 15min from Corfu city center, and 1h from North/South coasts) and keeps the fresh air when it’s really hot outside. Thanks again for everything and for having made our trip better.

The house is very great and clean

Hello, We had a wonderful time a at the Houses. It is relay big with a lot of space. Inside is everything that you need. The outside is beautifull with the pool and the grill. You can stay their all day. It is clean. You have also everything for kids. It is great.
