Great place to stay and enjoy Corfu

The Concierge is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is perfect to get you going in the morning. The rooms are simple yet satisfying with AC which is essential during the summer. The only thing a little lacking was the bed comfort.

Very good quiet central location. Constantinos the manager is really good and incredibly helpful. We had top floor apartment and this was great. So close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Thanks for a great holiday

A great hotel

A perfect stay really. Made so by the brilliant service. Felt very looked after. Hotel itself was clean safe. It was simple but everything you need for an holiday. Everything worked well, air on made an a bit of noise but that’s normal I think. Had a lovely time. Cant say enough about how nice the team were.

Overall good experience

I had the economy room on the ground floor. It was clean and it was nice there was a table with chairs outside to sit. There was a TV, kettle and mini fridge where I could put some food and have brekkie in the morning. There is also an air-condition which you could use for free. The hotel's policy is that they cannot give you plates, mugs and cutlery to use in the room, but they can only give plastic cutlery. So, if you would prefer proper cutlery then you would need to bring some from home. There are two corner shops within 2 mins walking distance where you could buy bread and other groceries. The bus stop is like 3 mins walking distance for the bus to the town centre. The staff is helpful and happy to assist with any requests.

Benitses Arches is an excellent option if you need a place to stay in Benitses on a budget. It is close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the bus to Corfu town / airport. The rooms are simple but functional. Beds have good mattress, air-conditioning was recently replaced and upgraded. Bathroom is small but has what you need. WiFi is stable albeit a bit slot at times. Breakfast options were more than enough for me. The hotel manager is exceedingly helpful and polite. He makes everyone feel welcome.

This hotel was really wonderful and excellent value. It's tucked away so you don't get the noise from the road, but from my room on the second floor it overlooked the buildings in front and gave a wonderful sea view and views of the mountains further down the coast. The room was simple but clean and well presented. Maybe a little dated but that's fine. There was very good air conditioning. The balcony was large with the aforementioned views and a rack for drying towels, and some tables and chairs. The room had a fridge, TV and hairdryer, and the bathroom had soaps and shower gel/shampoo in a dispenser. My only small issues were that there was only one bin in the room and that was for toilet paper - maybe a separate one for the room itself would've been nice, but there was a bin outside so I just put the rubbish in that. Also the shower head was strange - it was powerful but with only a few jets of water. But these are two very minor things. The WiFi worked well. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff. On check in they could not do enough for me, even walked me to my room and showed me how to use everything. They were happy to give recommendations and said hi every day when I left and when I came back. And I was a solo traveler so having those interactions was a nice touch. Also there is a shop right outside and restaurants close and the beach is just across the main road. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would definitely come back. Thank you Arches :)

Very clean and very convenient for shops , restaurants, beach and transport ( buses). Constantinos, the front desk manager was extremely helpful, and the cleaning staff were friendly and thorough.

Very friendly and helpful, location is great to walk or see the area. Easy to book tours. Amenities in the room were thin. There was a water kettle but it had to be moved to a different location in the room to plug in. No tea or cups. Shower was a bit messy with no curtain to contain it. Manager was welcoming and speaks multiple languages.

Lovely stay 5/5

Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel has a lovely entrance and car park. Rooms are good size with ac. Mr.K was a brilliant host, friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is opposite a beach and very good access to Corfu town.

The only reason for not 5 across the board are small things, like no safe in the room, no cups to make drinks and no complimentary tea/coffee/sugar for arrival, otherwise can't fault the service and facilities.
