One-bedroom apartment a few steps from the beach

Nikolas Agni upper is a large and comfortable first floor one-bedroom apartment. It has recently been renovated, and it is just 50 meters away from the beautiful and well-known Agni beach. It is located in a quiet area with panoramic views of the surrounding hills and Agni Bay.  
The external staircase leads to the front door and a traditional covered terrace. On the terrace, there is a small table where you can have your breakfast while gazing at Agni Bay and the coast of Albania.
When you walk through the front door, you see a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. You also find a sofa there that can be transformed into a bed for a third person.   
The master bedroom contains a double bed and it is directly next to the kitchen and the bathroom that includes a shower bath.  
In the large outdoor courtyard, there are two outdoor tables where you can spend your afternoons relaxing or you can have your meal grilled using the shared barbecue.   
The price includes free sunbeds on the beach and free parking. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
