As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a sleek and modern decor that combines comfort and elegance, while the space is flooded with natural light, thanks to the large windows that allow the sun to shine through.

The space features a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, families or friends traveling together.
The living room area features a comfortable sofa that can rearrange to a double bed and a flat-screen 43' TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
The bedroom area is a peaceful retreat, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space..

One of the highlights of this apartment is the Jacuzzi hot tub in the spacious bathroom, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful beaches and surrounding areas.

The functional kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick snack or prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or take them outside to the private terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful views.

The kitchen offers an oven and hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and all the necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine which you can use freely.

As we live upstairs, we are available in a discreet way for any question or suggestion, in order to make your holiday memorable and exciting!
You can use freely all the flat's indoor spaces and the front patio with wooden table and comfortable chairs. There is free parking space in front of the apartment on the public road.
Bella is our year-round guest, a 2 years old Jack Russell. She likes company and she sleeps in her suite at night!

Our suite is located at the main square of the village opposite the health center just a short walk from Ipsos Beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is very convenient as a base to explore the island.

Tickets can be purchased on the bus and cost around 1-1.2 euros per person. Keep in mind that the driver only accepts cash, so be sure to have some euros on hand.
Once you arrive at San Rocco Square, you can then take bus number 7 to Ipsos beach. The journey takes approximately half an hour and the ticket costs around 1.50 euros per person.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the airport to Kato Agios Markos village, which will take around half an hour.

Additionally, we can arrange a private transfer with a mini van directly to our house with the convenience of knowing that someone will be waiting for you to start your journey or departure in the best possible way. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign indicating your name at the arrivals gate.

Although a car rental is not necessary for your stay in our house, renting a car is an excellent way to explore the island and make the most of your time in Corfu. With a car at your disposal, you will have the freedom to visit all the sights on your itinerary, as well as to venture off the beaten path and discover some of the island's hidden treasures.
As we have some experience with car rental companies in the area, we would be happy to recommend some reliable options that fit your budget and travel plans.
