Sonia's house is a very nicely decorated two- floor house (112sq m.) with a garden and free parking space and it is fully equipped to satisfy all needs. The first floor consists of a sitting room , dining room, kitchen and toilet and the first floor of three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house is situated on Kompitsi hill, in a newly developped complex, only partly inhabited. Therefore, it offers privacy and tranquillity to guests who wish to relax in a peaceful and isolated invornment. It is only ten minutes by car (6 kilometers) from Corfu town and close to some of the "Golden" beaches and most picturesque villages of the island such as Pelekas, well-known for the amazing sunset and spectacular view. Also, for those who seek adventure, it is less than ten minutes away from Aqua Land, the famous water park.

Sonia´s gemütliches Haus auf Kompitsi Hill
Wir waren zum 1. Mal auf der wunderschönen Insel Korfu. Sie ist so sehenswert und hat zauberhafte Buchten, traumhafte Strände mit glasklarem Wasser und eine herrliche Vegetation.
Der Straßenverkehr ist allerdings sehr rasant !
Sonia, die Vermieterin, hat uns den Urlaub verschönert und direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt. Denn das gemütliche Reihenhaus befindet sich in der Wohnsiedlung Kompitsi. Diese ist auf einem Berg gelegen mit herrlichem Fernblick und nur ca. 10 Automin. von Korfu-Stadt entfert.
Trotzdem hätten wir dies nie alleine gefunden....
Das Ferienhaus ist auf zwei Etagen liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Der offene Wohn-Essbereich mit großer Einbauküche bietet ausreichend Platz. Von dort gelangt man
auf die Terrasse mit Garten. Die herrliche Pappel bietet Schatten beim Frühstücken. Im OG sind zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Zimmer mit Einzelbett, sowie 1 Tageslicht-Duschbad. Die Schlafzimmer hat Sonia ganz liebevoll eingericht. Besonders vorteilhaft sind an jedem Fenster und Terrassentür, Moskitorollos und Klappläden, sowie in jedem Zimmer eine komfortable Klimaanlage.
Die Korfioten sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen und sprechen fast alle englisch.
Zudem ist das Essen super lecker und besonders schön in einer Taverne am Strand.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns nochmals recht herzlich bei Sonia für die gute Organisation und die
Fürsorge. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
