villa kortilles is 165 sq.m modern apartment located in the north east area of Corfu island,between barbati and ipsos beach.These particular resorts are pretty popular on the island, providing a beautiful variety of activities:from Wonderfull beaches, clear crystal waters,watersports&hiking, to a good choice of restaurants and bars.
The house is located in a beautiful landscape among the olive groves. It provides a private spacious patio for relaxing vibes and laiback afternoons.
Free parking is also available.
This 165 sq.m apartment includes, first and second floor of a three-storey residence. Starting from the entrance, there is a fully eqquiped kitchen and a big dining area. Right next, you can find the living room and a terrace outside to enjoy your meals. On the same level, is also one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom Continuing on the upper floor right after the staircase, you will find a small living area with a modern office space.
Two bedrooms, one kingsize bed and the other a double one, and a bathroom are part of the second floor. All rooms provides aircoditioning & their own private balcony.
Saving the highlight of the house last, a wonderful terrace gives you the possibility to relax and enjoy beautiful landscapes between mountain and sea.
