Overview
Villa Eleanna is located in Saint Stephanos N/E, Corfu. This
semi-detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free
Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 14 people with 6 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms. There
is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the
Restaurants.
Layout

On the ground floor (pool level), the villa features a lounge with a
double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a dining area, with doors opening
directly onto the pool terrace, as well as a double bedroom. The sixth
bedroom and bathroom are located in a separate studio with its own
private entrance.
The first floor comprises two further bedrooms, while the attic,
accessed via an internal staircase, offers two additional bedrooms.
The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach,
a supermarket, and local restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area
without needing a car.

Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and
Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom

Additional Information

1: All the twin beds can be joined and used as double beds.
2. Pool Heating: If you require pool heating, there is a charge of 35
Euros per day. Please contact BeachVillas at least 4 days before
arrival to arrange this.
3. The hot tub is on request, 30 Euros per day (the minimum is at least
three nights) and it is on a timer. It comes on from 7.30h to 11.30h
and again from 19.30h to 23.30h. Requests for use of the hot tub must
be made at least one week in advance. Payment must be completed before
the guests arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
