The hotel seems nice and new, unfortunately our faucet of the shower is broken, we cannot have a hot water at first, after a checkup, the staff offered us a shower in another room for the entire hotel is all booked up and no room left for 3 beds. Not a perfectly convenient experience to take a shower after a long day driving at a late night stay. Apary from that, everything is good x

Very nice hotel. Located in a busy part of town. I had a nine passenger van that I had to park, and they had a nice parking garage under the hotel that was very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was in an amazing location and it had a very nice outlook, especially if you could afford the riverside. The use of the pool and gym next door was nice and we did take advantage of that. The beds were really comfortable and it was quiet. Something that was a little be frustrating was that their parking has a barrier that was high enough for our vehicle which led you down a ramp that had a lower barrier. Not noticing this at first we scratched our vehicle, and then had to reverse the wrong way out of the ramp. The height on the barrier signs should match. The person I spoke to wasn't overly pleasant but did offer us a different place to park. And the woman that checked us in was really pleasant. This is why this hasn't affected the review.

Everything was fantastic. Only criticism is there were no outlets near the beds to charge phones and no USB ports in the walls. Everything else was perfect!

We had an amazing stay for the start of our vacation. The rest of the hotels on our journey have a lot to live up to after The River Lee.
