Welcome to half duplex cottage rental with deeded access to oceanfront in Cocagne NB. Our small cottage is located along the beautiful Acadian coastal route. We are minutes away from the Moncton airport, Shediac, downtown Moncton, Parlee beach, Bouctouche dunes boardwalk, and other interesting summer destinations in New Brunswick.
We have a large private yard where your family can eat under the trees and for your kids to run and play! Open for reservations this summer and fall.
The space
This is a duplex property with over an acre of land area. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom each. Each unit has its own driveway, patio and entrance for privacy. The other unit has long term tenants and a friendly dog.
