Even in the high season, The Black Stallion is a good value, with rates averaging less than $100 per guest per night (assuming double occupancy in each bedroom).

Minimum 7-night rental period (with Sunday check-in) for stays initiating in April, May, June, September, October, and November.
Minimum 5-night rental period (with any day check-in and check-out) for stays initiating in March
Minimum 5-night rental period (with any day check-in and check-out except Saturday) for stays initiating in July and August.
Minimum 4-night rental periods (with any day check-in and check-out) for stays initiating in January, February, and December.

This property has 24 parking spots for guests.

**For your safety and security, the entrance to this home is monitored by camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**

**The Black Stallion is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $250, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
