The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with icemaker, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and bar seating for four. The dining area seats up to ten. Finally, the king master bedroom has a TV, direct deck access and private bath with dual sink vanity.

The mid-level has a den with sleep sofa, flat screen TV, and access to the covered deck. There are three master bedrooms; a queen master bedroom with a TV, balcony and private bath.
