Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
Experience luxury resort style vacationing in Corolla. Steps to the beach and Whalehead park, this newly built condominium complex has all the amenities plus all the comforts of a great beach vacation with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

This beautiful BRAND NEW one level 2 bed/2bath condo provides everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation.
The kitchen boasts a 10-foot center island. The kitchen comes equipped with everything from pots and pans to utensils and small wares. We also provide both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for you convenience.
The living has vaulted ceilings, a smart TV and pull out sectional queen sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy your family and friends in the lovely area that will enable you to create lasting memories.

Both bedrooms come equipped with king size beds and smart TV's. The primary bedroom suite has an adjacent full sized bathroom with walk in shower and the secondary bedroom has access to the 2nd full size bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner/body wash and hand soap are all provided for your stay.

Enjoy the large heated community pool. Cabanas are available for rent daily. Book for your early checkin and relax by the pool and conveniently order from The Salty Rim while you wait for your check in time! Ordering also available by QR Code in the condo!

Pickleball court also available for reservation!

Community clubhouse and gym are now open! The pool is heated May-Nov and cabanas are available when the pool is open.

Walk out of the complex and to the right is the beach and the left is the light house and Whalehead. You are approximately 5 minutes from the 4x4 beach and walking distance from the Corolla Village Light Shopping Center. This new condo complex has everything you need.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Communication with the host was excellent—quick and helpful responses throughout. Highly recommend!

Spring break

The property was great for our family of 5. A perfect spot just about equidistant between the ocean and the bay (Carrituck lighthouse and park on the bay side). Right next to a small shopping center with food options, mini-golf/arcade, Super Wings (of course), and a great taco bar on the property itself. I don't recall menitioning this, but I must have let the property owner know we are decaf coffee drinkers because they had put in enough decaf K-cups for the Keureg machine for our entire stay, which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful condo, exceptionally clean and perfect size for our group. Located perfect to shopping, restaurants, beach & attractions. Lynn responded in seconds to any questions or needs we had. We were too early for seasonal pool & restaurant, but it was still great. I will certainly be staying here again. Fall getaway

Very good location, very modern and clean property and community. It felt safe and quiet. Very short walk to the beach, wild horse tour office, and restaurants. Fat Crabs is a must eat place! Couldn’t find any check out instructions and the link for their welcome book didn’t work- messaged owners day before we left and didn’t get a response so hopefully we left it the way they wanted! Otherwise it was wonderful!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with comfortable furnishings and a lovely community. The community has a pool, exercise equipment, a dog park, a restaurant and is close to the beach. Easy walking distance to shopping are which included a bakery/coffee shop! The beach is an easy walk and has a wheelchair ramp.

Property was new, modern, clean, and walking distance to pool, beach, and restaurants. It’s simply decorated and in great shape. It could use a few things to help residents: a large non-stick pan, salt and pepper, and coffee filters.

Fabulous location

Unit is very new, clean and in walking distance from the lighthouse, beach and small shopping strip (restaurants, bakery, ice cream, pizza). The only thing missing was a luggage rack, as the bedrooms are smaller and there wasn’t any place to put luggage except on a beautiful white bed cover. Highly recommended
