2025 Upgrades included brand new deck railings, new carpeting on all stairs and a fully renovated first floor Rec Room. 2024 Upgrades included new mattresses in every bedroom, pair of bathrooms completely renovated, new landscaping, a new roof and freshly painted interior throughout. Major neighborhood updates with newly paved roads, brand new tennis/ pickleball court and basketball hoop plus rebuilt beach access crossover boardwalk (3 access points). In 2023 a brand-new kitchen and appliances added, pool deck was expanded and the Tiki bar added.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
