Beach Dream Inn is just a 5-minute walk (without crossing any roads) to the wide-open beach. Corolla is home to plenty of top restaurants, shops, and local attractions to keep your family entertained. This home is perfect for small family groups at an affordable price. Beach Dream Inn will accommodate UP TO 10 guests with use of the sleeper sofa. This home is dog friendly!

Additional information:
Pool will typically be open from April 1st through November 1st.
Pool heater will be available for a $200 fee per week. Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees the heater will be shut off).
Hot tub will be open throughout the year.
Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season.
In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days.
Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out.
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

Note - An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing may occur despite every precaution being taken. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

This home in Corolla was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well equipped, the inside and yard were so clean and extremely functional. My large pup loved the private backyard! The pool area as well as the multiple outdoor deck spaces were great areas to hang during the day or relax with cocktails in the evening. I literally couldnt think of one negative of renting this property! Thank you Amber for your hospitality!

We loved our stay and cannot wait to stay again! The inside and outside of the property were tidy and clean, especially for being pet friendly. We enjoyed starting and ending our days in the pool and hot tub. Amber was very responsive and quick to address any concerns we had. The house was a short walk to the beach (even with little kids), great location - close to anything you’d need or want to do.

Great place to say in Corolla!

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the house, the property manager was quick to respond with questions and issues. The pool and hot tub were great, and it was nice to have the beach chairs and pool items there to use so we didn't need to bring our own. The beach is a close walk, and we liked the sidewalk being right out front of the house for morning running! We were there after July 4th and the beach was not crowded. Would stay here again!

Hot Summer week in June!

The location is great. If you can't be right on the beach, this is the next best thing. We could walk down to a public access path in about 7 minutes. It is a stairway access, so having a cart isn't really that helpful. There isn't any parking by the access, so be prepared to carry what you are taking down. The beach is awesome--having the pool is key! There is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before you get into the pool. There are a lot of chairs and beach "toys" to use. We communicated with Amber about a few issues and she was very responsive within minutes of texting her. There are a couple of things that would make this a 5 star for me. 1) There were almost no consumables in the place. There was hand soap in each of the three bathrooms and a handful of dishwashing machine pods for the dishwasher. It would have been nice to have some salt and pepper, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags to at least get us started. I did not ask about them when we arrived as it seemed like that is the way it came and I couldn't find anything anywhere where it said they should be there. We ended up leaving Dawn, trash bags and plastic wrap for the next people. 2) We had a problem with the bunk beds being wobbly and super squeaky. We were not able to use the top one and ended up pulling the bottom mattress onto the floor to use it. Other than that, the other beds were great, but be aware that you will have to put the sheets on all of them when you get there.

Our family enjoyed every minute spent at this house. It was easy to get in and out of. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax at the end of the day. There was plenty of space for 5 adults, a child and a dog. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a great home away from home

One of the Best in Corolla

This property is so amazing. The house was so clean and organized. Very comfortable living space with wonderful connecting decks on each level to enjoy the outside. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the yard was plenty big enough for outdoor fun such as their awesome corn hole custom boards! Walk to the beach was 5 minutes and a short ride to the 4 x 4 beach where you can spend the day and see the wild mustangs without paying for a tour.You do need a 4WD truck or SUV! The hosts are great people. Super responsive with questions or concerns and they have "boots on the ground" management in case you need something! I spent 2 weeks here and it felt like I was there an eternity. Can't wait to return to paradise next year!Enjoy!

Great time away I

Although the house is dog friendly, we didn’t experience dog smell, or dog hair. Loved the shuffleboard game! The house was great for my husband and I. Walk to the beach was easy and I was able to walk and watch the sunrise several times during the week. Although it was cold, I was able to enjoy the hot tub a few times. Highly recommend this property.

A relaxing Christmas

The house was very clean and had a lot to offer in the way of amenities. It was too cold to go into the ocean at that time, but the hot tub was available, and the pool could be used too if the heater is requested. Enjoyed using the propane fire pit several times, and there is a great view of the surrounding area from the highest vantage point on the deck. This is definitely a place that I would not mind returning to.

Great property. Was as listed. Very clean and well equipped! We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for a family of .8 and had every dish, pot, etc that was needed! There was even a Christmas tree ❀. Tranquil getaway

We enjoyed the quiet peaceful location. We were able to bike to restaurants and local attractions, while the beach was just a short walk around the corner. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in late October.

Great house, location and host!!

The house is charming, decorated nicely, super clean and has everything needed! Plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc. Also, there are filters for the drip coffee maker and k-cups for the keurig already there. The house has a broom, vacuum, cleaning supplies and hair dryer in the master bath. The beds were comfy, and the shower pressure was great! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool (although only used pool a little because weather didn't cooperate). The walk to the beach was 5 minutes through a neighborhood and there is a nice walking path right out front. The decks were nice to sit and read or have coffee and you can see the ocean from the very top deck. The house is light and bright yet feels private due to trees on the sides and the back. Amber, the host, is very responsive :) I don't have anything negative to note and we will try to stay here again in future! We didn't want to leave!

Needs a little TLC

Overall a good stay. Near the ocean (10 min walk), easy to get to Duck and shopping in Corolla. Owner Amber is very responsive when we had to contact her about issues we had during our stay. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Lots of chairs for the pool. A lot of beach supplies but many we didn’t use. Some issues I would comment on include being woken twice by the pool cleaning company arriving at 7:00am. First time we thought maybe someone was trying break into our cars. Woke our dog who began barking and woke the whole house. After letting the owner know, it happened again the day we left. Not all the tv apps were available to us as described. Owner did say we could download the apps and she would work with us on signing in. Minor detail but guests shouldn’t have to take time out of their vacation to do these things. We had an issue with the front door lock. Appears the batteries were an issue. The owner helped us resolve the problem but again not what we wanted to have to deal with. We thought it was odd to be asked to take out the trash and trash cans to the street for the owner. Typically, from past VRBO stays, the owner or their managment company dose this when they clean the home. Some TLC
lots of mold on the outside of the home and front door, rotted siding, rusted air vents in home. Holes where left in the master bath shower wall where previously the curtain rod hung. Our dog got thorny burrs stuck in his paws, face and fur everyday from the weeds on the property.

Private and Restful

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for about ten years now. This property was perfect for our party of five. Extremely clean. Poolside extremely relaxing and private with the high wooden fences and greenery around the location. A quick five minute walk to the beach and the owners supplied everything you would need. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a couple of wagon's if needed to tow all your belongings. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had before our stay and even checked in with us a few days in to make sure we had everything we needed. The property made for a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.
