Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be brought by the guest or purchased at a local store. There is a washer and dryer available to use however we do ask that all sandy items be shaken out before putting them in the machines. Excess sand could cause them to break!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ BOOKING GUIDELINES ★
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25. We strictly prohibit third-party bookings for our guests and neighbors' safety and tranquility. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
After booking your stay with us, we ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you agree to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property.
★ ADDITIONAL SCREENING ★
Our company uses a third-party screening service called Safely. You may receive an email from Safely asking you for additional information to verify your identity, such as your home address and date of birth. Please visit the Safely website if you would like further information.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee of $100 for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★
If this home has a pool or hot tub, please check the listing or ask the Host for the operational schedule. Most pools are seasonal, from May 15 to Oct 15 each year.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the house, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the house; no cameras are on the interior. This home has an exterior camera pointed at the door to access the home.

Located in The Whalehead Neighborhood in Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach! A short drive to nearby restaurants, shops, and Carova Beach which is the home of the OBX wild horses!
There are several grocery stores within minutes. Food Lion and Harris Teeter. There are local eateries in Corolla and in Duck. Most of the nicer ones will require a reservation - some on Open Table. There are many adventure activities and tours in the area and they fill up fast.
Just a few minutes north is the entrance to the 4x4 Beach, where you can take a scenic drive on the sand and possibly catch a glimpse of the wild horses grazing on the beach. Walk to the Whalehead Brewery, Food Lion or Timbuck 2 shopping center.
