Welcome to Kasita Barceló! We’re thrilled to host you. By booking, you agree to follow these house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
No Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• A violation will result in a $500 fine.
No Pets
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
If unauthorized pets are found:
• A $500 penalty per pet will be charged.
• An additional $200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Your reservation may be immediately terminated without a refund.
Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
• Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low during these hours.
Age Restrictions
• The minimum age to book and check-in is 21.
• If guests under 21 are staying, the booking individual (who meets the age requirement) must remain on-site for the entire stay.
Local Wildlife
• Being close to nature, you might encounter local wildlife.
• For your safety and theirs, please do not feed or disturb any animals.
Occupancy Limits
• The maximum occupancy is the number of guests listed in your reservation.
• Unauthorized additional guests will incur a $100 charge per guest, per night.
Parties & Events
