DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely horrible experience with this property and Sun Realty, the property’s management company. The AC was out the first day we were there. IT WAS OFF on the lower floor on a 100 degree weekend and barely working upstairs. We tried to trouble shoot, had no luck. Of course no emergency number was apparent. Once I finally got in contact with someone at the company they were very nice but couldn’t send a repair person out until the next afternoon. The house was unbearably hot but since it was the 4th weekend there was no where else we could go. The house was extremely out of date with disgusting ceiling stains and dirt and broken/worn out furniture. It is clear the photos not recent. The only good side was the hot tub and community pool (closed at 6pm though). The cleaning crew left the bare minimum of toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods, etc (not even enough for all bathrooms) although they had said that would all be supplied. Of course everything was the cheapest possible in quality. To top it all off, when I asked to speak to a manager about these concerns they asked me to send them pictures, said they were going to call me back that day. I of course did not hear back. Called again later in the day and they were “in a manager meeting.”
