K-cup coffee maker, air fryer / toaster oven combo (can cook a 12" pizza) microwave, electric griddle (for pancakes and such). Kitchen basics also provided.

**Well behaved dogs 35 lbs of less accepted with nonrefundable pet fee of $60 for dog (2 max). Any animals causing a disturbance or off leash will be asked to leave. Dogs can never be left unattended in yard this is because the Upstairs unit guests can access the hot tub via the yard gate.

Note: this is the ground floor of a 2 story home, it is completely separate and private from the unit above it. Expect to hear some noise from guests above (if occupied) as with your typical 2 story home. We provide 2 sets of ear plugs in nightstands.

Exterior security cameras at entrances and driveway. In the unusual and rare even the spa is not usable, a 8% credit will be issued for nights effected. STR 011288
