AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Come stay in this beautiful, bright and sunny, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium, located in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's Town Center. It is forever summer in this lovely condo featuring 10 ft ceilings, hardwood floors and ship-lap siding with a wonderful Town Center facing balcony for relaxing. Stay for a week or more and enjoy this custom furnished home away from home minutes from the town of Port Aransas. The open and airy floor plan has a fully stocked stainless kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with games and movies to enjoy after a fun day at the beach. In the primary bedroom, there is a flat screen TV mounted across from the king bed; adjacent to the private bathroom with walk-in shower. Connecting to the bathroom is a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom with a private bath has a custom built queen bed with a twin loft bed above, and a twin trundle that pulls out below. The kids can enjoy a movie on the new, flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have black-out shades and extra fans for comfort. Cinnamon Shore community features three resort style pools, one with a cafe. There are also two stocked fishing lakes, a community fire pit, lots of green space for picnics and private beach accesses. Grills and lawn games available. Call and have your beach chairs waiting for you at water's edge. Enjoy some fine dining at Lisabella's, on site, or the many excellent restaurants a short distance away.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Bikini Bottoms is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Bikini Bottoms the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

It truly had a resort feel — beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture and decor that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for.Our kids were thrilled with the bunk beds and having their own little space to call home during our vacation.The location couldn’t be better — you’re just steps from the town square. The kids could easily run over to watch the weekend movie in the evenings and safely ride their bikes around the area. It’s also a short walk to everything — pools, beach, shops, and more — which made the whole trip so convenient and relaxing.We would highly recommend this condo! The only small downside was that the master bed was a bit uncomfortable. We managed just fine, but that would be our one small piece of feedback. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay! 😊

Memorial Day Weekend Family Trip

The condo was great. It is not a 1st floor condo, so that should be changed in the advertisement. It's on the 2nd floor. There are stairs and an elevator though. The toilet in the master bath ran, but that's an easy fix that just needs to completed. There was no cleaning spray or wipes, so you will need to bring your own if you want to clean after eating/cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 3 adults and 3 kids ages 9,3, and 3 and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean and the location is great. We did not have a golf cart and we were able to easily access the beach, pools, restaurants, and the great lawn. Dylan’s pizza is delicious and C Bar Cafe is also excellent . Cinnamon Shores is perfect for families ( there’s always something to do) and we are already looking at dates for next summer !

Small annoyance at the condo is the there are not many plugs - only one on the kitchen countertops. Other issue this stay was just that it was dirtier on the grounds than normal. However, some of the basics were missing. No bath mat in the master bath, no shampoo or conditioner, cheap liquid soaps were there. The king bed sheets had a stain on them. There was an extra blanket in the master closet that was just thrown up on the shelf-not folded nicely. The shower door in the master bath needs to be cleaned on the outside and there was a small amount of orange on the tile. Outside of those minor issues we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the pools and cruising around on the golf cart. Coffee was great at the shop. The staff took care of the sheets and gave us a box with shampoo etc but there was no apology. Overall, customer service was just okay. We had great servers at pool, Dylan’s and coffee shop but in the office/check in they were okay but not pleasant. We had one day with high tide and couldn’t go on the beach with the cart. It’s unfortunate that carts aren’t returnable when you aren’t able to use them.

3rd visit to CS, and not the best (this time)!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always loved staying at CS! This was probably our least enjoyable stay. The condo that we stayed in provided parking spaces that were on the opposite side of the building. Very inconvenient when trying to unload a car-full of stuff! Our unit was difficult to get to, and exhausting having to carry our belongings across a parking lot with no carts to help. Also, our washing machine leaked smelly water all over the floor. We put in 2 separate maintenance requests, and never got it taken care of during our 4-night stay. We will not be staying in a condo on our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this condo for our Memorial Day stay. Very clean and kitchen was extremely well-stocked (we cooked several meals). Crock pots, utensils, griddle pans, panini maker; high chair; the works! The only thing I couldn’t find was a citrus juicer. We did find some sand in some of the furniture (I suppose to be expected) and there were a few unpleasant odors (master shower drain needs attention). Perfect space for family of four!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect! I love this little community and the condo was great! It was clean and everything worked fine. The one thing I would say is that the master shower water had a weird smell to it, we called and they came to fix it on time, but it wasn’t 100% resolves. Maybe it’s just beach water smell.. One last thing is it wouldn’t hurt to have a pack and play and a high chair for available for use for those traveling with kids. Other than that, it was the perfect vacation in the perfect place! We will be coming back for sure!
