3 BR/2 BA condo, Heart of Town and Near the Beach! Huge Deck and Pet-Friendly!

The Upper Deck is a perfect place for your next beach getaway! Located near the middle of town, this 3-bedroom/2-bath condo is just a few blocks from the beach and close to Port Aransas restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The first thing you'll notice is the huge deck where you can relax and enjoy the tropical breezes. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and a large kitchen with stainless appliances to cook the catch of the day. Down the hallway, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath with a bathtub in the hallway. There is also a large master suite with a queen bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Off of the hall, there is laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Outside, you'll find a large balcony for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $75 pet fee per dog (covers the entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

Two reserved parking spaces for cars and trucks come with the condo. Additional vehicles, boats and trailers will need to be parked on the street.

If you have a larger group, consider renting one or more of the other four units on the property. Please contact us for details and assistance in booking multiple units. We also have partnerships with some local businesses for discounts on golf carts and other goods and services.

We respect the privacy of our guests. However, one of the property managers lives in the condo beneath this place should an issue arise or if you have questions or need recommendations. Also, please note that she does have a Ring camera outside her door for her own personal use.

Great affordable place to stay in the heart of Port A!

My husband and two adult children booked this place for a last minute getaway. It's exactly as advertised. Within walking distance of shops and close to the beach. Very clean and plenty of room. Living room could be a bit more comfortable to hang out in and all the chairs on the upper deck need to be replaced but other than that, it was perfect for us!!!

Sure is hot today

This rental provided a great respite from the heat for me and my family while we were visiting Port A in the middle of July. The condo was clean and pictures looked accurate to what we saw there. We were able to utilize the kitchen area to make some dishes and all appliances worked fine. Host was communicative and quick to respond. If there was one thing I would mention is that if you're a larger person, the master bedroom shower may feel a little tight. The second shower is a tub so is easier to move around in. Condo is convenient (2-3 min walk) to a number of businesses (local surf apparel / gift shops, Whataburger, gas station, CVS) and a couple min drive to grocery store, liquor store and beach). There is a rec area downstairs with cornhole and chairs and such but we didn't really use it as we were mostly at beach or visiting friends.

Location, location, location

Great spot close to restaurants, and easy access to the beach. Spent spring break in Port A, and would recommend this place to anyone. Property owners had great communication and response time. Moms stay!

Stayed with a few moms during a softball tournament. We absolutely loved it and will be back! I would return and stay with my family in a heartbeat. Quiet, convenient, secure location within walking distance to everything we needed!

Very nice stay. Kind of secluded which was nice, our vehicle wasn’t visible the roads or highways. I didn’t have to unload all the beach stuff. Nice kitchen, refrigerator, stove, cozy living room and furnishings, 3 bedrooms, nice beds. Close to the beach, CVS, Stripes, REAL close to Whataburger 😊 Convenient to 361, lots of Shops too. We enjoyed our stay.

Horrible never booking this place again

I booked this condo for the fifth time in a couple of years. It always has been tidy and clean and very nice. However when you book from the app it’s only shows you “pet friendly”. I also booked this condo back in 2020 and both of us got covid. We weren’t able to attend because we were sick and I ended up paying for a weekend we never attended. We brought our dog which is a dobi and the owner saw him and said we can use their backyard for him to go potty as long as I picked up after him
.which I did. Next day comes around and we are fishing and I get a call from some guy threatening us that we have to be out of the condo in 3 hours. So not only when we called him back he was very unprofessional and demeaning and rude and threatened us and accused us of “sneaking the dog”. If anyone did research Dobermans are not aggressive dogs. He has been my registered service animal for my disability and it’s against the law to do this to someone. He’s obedient and was also in a kennel when we were not present at the condo. All because he was whining. I will never ever give this place another dollar of my money. Also, they kicked us out in 3 hours and I had to find another place to stay that didn’t question my dog at all. They refuse to give me my money back. You pay for a service you get it. I should have at least gotten my money back for the night and day we were kicked out of and couldn’t stay. That’s just the right thing to do. I’m a business owner and this is no way to run a business.

A wonderful stay

We had a fabulous time. We have 3 small kids and during our time, all of them came down with a stomach virus. It was chaos at best. The property manager was more than understanding, helpful, and very empathetic. We could not have asked for a more compassionate & professional property manager. We cut our trip short once we felt it was safe to travel back home 7hours. We will definitely book again.

I’d give it six stars if I could

The accommodations were excellent. It was just my wife and I but we were scouting it out for future visits when we bring friends or family members and it exceeded expectations. The only problem I had was with the Vrbo app I’ll use the word disappointed because the other words are unprintable. We had an issue with the can opener and after informing Nancy 15 minutes later, we had a brand new one, now that’s service. We may have to get a place on the ground floor for our next visit, but other than that, a very enjoyable visit.

Plenty of room for the 3 of us and 2 dogs. Living room had a big TV and 2 wonderful recliners. Good amenities like washer and dryer, grass for the dogs, small deck, dishwasher, nice refrigerator-freezer, and 2 parking spaces right under us.. Quiet property. The property manager was very sweet and accommodating. Price was very good for what we got!

An Amazing Experience

The place was very clean and very comfortable. The manager was super friendly. It was raining for a lot of our weekend so we spent most of our time inside when we weren’t exploring the island, but the deck area has plenty of room to hang out.
