Our stay was great!! Good price, kind staff, super comfy beds, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! My only complaint is the small amount of shampoo + conditioner we were provided, on top of no body wash being available. Definitely will be staying here again :)

We always stay here whenever we’re visiting Port A. It needs ls renovation especially with the bathroom and kitchen but it’s very clean. No bugs, no roaches and the location is top notch! Staffs were all accommodating and friendly.

I am thoroughly enjoying my stay at the Seaside Boutique Hotel. One of the highlights is the convenient proximity to the beach; it's just a short, picturesque walk away, which makes it easy to spend leisurely days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. Decently priced for perfect beachside area

The king size bed was great very comfy but the living room pull out beds were not very comfortable at all unfortunately - best part was clearly the coldness of the a/c wow! And how close it was to beach entrance that did not disappoint!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved how close it was to the beach. We did have to change rooms due to an issue with the air conditioner and the electrical outlet not working in the bathroom. They were very accommodating and actually upgraded us.

The parking is not great. Guests park their cars there then turn around & park their rented golf carts there too. Not enough parking for that. And no microwave in our room. But the hotel itself was great. Staff was amazing & super friendly! The location couldn't be any better! Right on the beach entrance! It was perfect! I'd recommend this place for sure & I'd book there again!

If you want to be CLOSE TO THE BEACH and have a clean, no frills room --- this is the place for you! Literally 2 mins walk to the beach! But I miss an area to meet with family....no restaurant/breakfast area; no lobby; no real outdoor seating except for the two picnic tables in the sun. CLEAN. UPDATED. and NEAR THE BEACH.

Great and being renovated to be better!

The location of the hotel is what drew me in. We had a very short walk to the beach. The hotel is being renovated but the rooms were great. The hotel staff said there will be a splash pad and a gym added. The pool was small but clean. Will definitely choose to visit again!

When I booked online, I booked with intentions of getting the first floor with wheel chair access. I recently for surgery and still cannot use stairs. The room I originally booked was supposed to be a king bed and two pull outs. I had to change last minute because they did not have any available. Mind you, I had already booked with the intentions having that wheelchair access. Other than that the room was nice. It ended up being a 2 full beds. My 3 daughters, husband and I had to figure it out. It was nice stay over all, just was upset that we did not get what we booked.
