Rent a boat slip from the private Island Moorings Marina and stock up with fuel, beer, wine, ice, bait, tackle, and more at the Ship Store before a day on the water. Hop in a car or rent a golf cart and drive 0.6 miles to the beach or 1 mile to the golf course. Walk out the front door across the way to cool off in the shared pool with a swim-up bar, soak in the hot tub, bask beside it in the sun, or sit under a shaded cabana. This townhome spans three levels of splendor with high-end appliances, fixtures, and custom coastal décor. The private first-floor accommodations consist of a bedroom (BR1) with a King bed, nightstands, closet, and ensuite bathroom providing a vanity and tub with a glass enclosure. Take in the Bay breeze from your private covered patio or stroll down the walkway leading to the water. When you are ready to grill, a propane grill is here for you on the patio. For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hall closet. Venture up to the second floor to find two more bedrooms. The alcove area at the top of the landing can be used as an office for those who have to check in on work while away. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, luggage rack, ensuite bathroom with vanity, and tub/shower with glass enclosure. The master bedroom (BR3)is at the end of the hall. It is comprised of a King bed with a bench at the foot, nightstands, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser for beach attire, and a closet. Revel in the ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large tile shower with a bench and double rain heads. Unwind out on the private balcony. Wander up the stairs to the third floor to the living area. The modern kitchen is a chef's dream with ample counter space, new appliances, and stocked cookware and utensils. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the large wooden dining table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for four at the adjacent bar. Gather in the living area to watch a movie or your favorite
sport on the wall-mounted TV. Seating is plentiful with a plush couch that also folds out to a queen-size sofa sleeper, two accent chairs, and an oversized chair with an ottoman that converts to a Twin sleeper sofa. There is a half bath on this floor for easy accessibility as well.
