Introducing Bay Tree C9-10- a Port Aransas treasure! This 2br/2ba condo that has been tastefully remodeled and decorated. It is located on the second floor with no elevator access. There is an interior spiral staircase that connects first & second floors and leads to the bedrooms. Includes stackable washer/dryer on the main level. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the marina and intercoastal waterway! Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The common areas include a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

The pool was clean. The condo had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was good to have. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback was my husband is 6’2’ he had problems with the spiral staircase I would stay again. Loved the location. Got to see dolphins and a sea turtle

The boat slips are a little tricky and when tieing up to dock, keep in consideration the ships pulling water when they pass as it’s right off the Ship Channel. Make sure you leave a little slack in line and use your bumpers. We’ve never stayed in summer time ,but i can vouch for Spring and Fall as it’s a quiet, nice place to stay.

Cool Port Aransas condo

Booked this condo for final Summer weekend getaway. It was everything advertised. No issue with check-in, very clean no issues at all. 3 separate bedrooms, view facing Port A Great quiet location minutes away from Port A restaurants, bars, bait shop 1 min away Nice pool with 8’ deep end. Used the lighted fishing Pier at night. short drive to the Port A south jetty, which is the best spot for inshore fishing Kitchen had all pots pans needed for cooking. Very comfortable condo at reasonable rates. Enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

Really cool place!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. There are 2 parking spots below the unit. The main living area is on the 2nd floor, and the 2 bedroom and bunk room are on the 3rd floor. Both floors have their own balconies with views of the pool, boat docks, and channel. The couches have built in recliners, and we had all the necessary amenities to last the weekend. It's a great location super close to a lot of restaurants, activities like charter boats, and Port Aransas beach. The pool is big, and the little pier was fun for the kids to fish from. Mostly caught perch, trout, and a couple of crabs. We also saw a small sea turtle and a dolphin swimming around. Check-in and checkout were super easy, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Baytree Condos were an excellent location for our stay! They are well maintained, well stocked, clean and a perfect location to watch the shopping channel activity. Our visit coincided with the Harvest Moon Regatta which was an unexpected plus. Property management is professional, knowledgeable, engaged, cheerful and pleasant/cheerful in their interactions.You can fish onsite or check out Charlie's Pasture, the ferry pier, the city pier or the beach itself. Fins Restaurant is a great place to take your catch for an incredible dinner! The Gaff makes a superb pizza! Trout Street is a wonderful fine dining experience Port A Escapes was easy to work with and prompt to respond to all inquiries. We highly recommend them for booking accommodations.

Nice Property with Convenient Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There are multiple units at this location that vary in size. The property was clean clean and maintained. The unit we stayed in was nicely decorated and clean. There were a few minor issues with the unit that could be improved but it wasn’t anything that caused problems. I would suggest staying here especially if you have a boat. The kids loved the pool.

Very relaxing

The place was amazing! Very clean and the location was perfect! Daily we saw a hand full of ships coming in and out of the channel and dolphins. It was only a short golf cart ride to the beach!

Great Condo with canal front and ocean view

Very well appointed condo for the Port Aransas area. Close to the marina and all the shops. Loved sitting on the back deck watching the large shipping boats come into the port!

Everything was great!

This has been our favorite place we’ve ever stayed in Port A. The condo was very clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The pier outside is great. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and tons of fish. We hope to come back next summer.
