Nothing says vacation like waking up to marvelous bay views from a bayfront retreat! This family-friendly condo is conveniently surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and watersports-related businesses. Unwind under the sun on your private waterfront deck furnished with plenty of chairs and even loungers so you can comfortably work on your tan. The air-conditioned living area provides guests with another great spot to relax - stream a favorite movie or series on the smart TV with cable and get ready for a thrilling evening at home! When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will be ready to help you prepare everything that comes to mind thanks to all the incredible appliances and cookware. The dining table is right off of the kitchen and seats up to six people comfortably.

This retreat has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV with cable and AC units for added convenience. Additional perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests need a pass for trailer parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice area have stayed in other condos in same location and this one is good just needed floors cleaned and wished that A.I had not taken over when communicating with host. Other than that is ok

Unfortunately, the stay wasn't very good. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean (although we did find a dead cockroach in one of the rooms). The patio was full of leaves and we had to clean it. Downstairs, the situation with the cockroaches in the kitchen and living room is very stressful! They're everywhere in the kitchen and are tiny, even inside the refrigerator. The garbage disposal doesn't work, and sometimes the water level rises. There's no sink, and because of the cockroaches, we have to scrub everything! (At least that's what I did; it's very inconvenient, especially with children.) I contacted them and sent them all the photos. I hope they resolve this situation soon. It's not fair to pay so much, even for cleaning, and then find all this!

The condo was just what we needed for a weekend fishing trip. Bedrooms and living areas were as advertised. The kitchen is small so cooking for a crowd is a challenge. Little things need to be addressed. Plenty of spoons but only 3 forks in the silverware drawer. No soap in the shower soap/shampoo dispensers. Those kinds of little things are why the rating was a 4.

We enjoyed our stay here. The ability to launch our boat a short distance from the house and being able to leave the boat docked in the water the entire weekend was awesome!! We will definitely be back in the future.

In extreme need of repair

Smelled of mold and stunk. Refrigerator barely works or cools. Tiles in floor are broken with holes. Towels felt like sandpaper. Broken patio furniture. Master bathroom sink faucet continually drips. Sliding glass door would not lock completely. Hard to locate apartment. Neighbors blasted music so loud it disturbed sleep.

The house was nice and it is in a great location. Some of the things we didn’t like were that some of the lights were not working and some missing bulbs. Some stains on the walls and curtains, fridge took 8 hours to finally start cooling, some trash left in the back yard. Otherwise, a really great place and communication with owners was fast and easy.

Not very well maintained condo

The condo was pretty clean inside and out, though there was a trash bin outside by the garage full of garbage and it stayed there untouched during all our stay. There are multiple electric switches issues inside: lamps not working, ceiling fan in the mid level bedroom constantly running. There is always water accumulating in the fridge on the mid shelf. And there is no dishwasher. One of the beds in the 2-bed upstairs room squeaking like insane! All the pans and pots are badly scratched so we ended up purchasing new ones in the nearby HEB. Overall upkeep of the unit is like 3 out of 5.
