By The Seashore LP13; Relax and enjoy the beach in this beautiful home! This 2,200 s/f home was designed to sleep up to 14 people with plenty of room! Five bedrooms and three baths. Clean and comfortable with lots of activities for the whole family. Listen to the ocean from the deck or take a short stroll down the boardwalk to the Gulf. Charcoal pit for your catch of the day. Covered deck with a great ocean view! Washer and dryer in the home for your convenience! Covered parking and a private boardwalk to beach. MAXIMUM PARKING FOR 4 No street parking. No boats or trailer per the HOA. They will be towed by the HOA. No pool access. No pets allowed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and spacious. Our party had 6adults and 5 teens and we had plenty of room. Everyone had a great time and voted to do it every year. The only thing was construction right behind the house, but not enough to stop us from coming back! Thank you Port A Escapes.

The house was clean and nice. Close to beach I should have been advised that there was an active construction project next door. It is not a reason not to rent this excellent property. It is just something that I believe should have been disclosed.

Great house

Our stay was amazing. The house was just the right size for our family. It was a short walk to the beach in a private neighborhood. There was not a broom located in the house to keep the sand under control so we bought one. The floors seemed to have not been mopped in a while so our feet were black after walking around barefoot but that was our only concern and nothing that impacted our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very clean and spacious. The only complaint is that there was not a broom available to clean up our sandy mess periodically throughout our stay. Otherwise, it wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. It has a boardwalk to the beach and is close to town restaurants and stores. I highly recommend

Disappointed

This house was a disappointment. The furniture is old and smells, the floors are very dirty, the non stick pans were all scratched, there was a limited number of cooking utensils, the toaster was broken. The outside grill was dirty and rusted. The shower drain and sink drain in two of the bathrooms did not drain properly. In two of the bedrooms the sheets had sand in them. The neighborhood was nice and in close proximity to the beach and town.
