This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood of Rockport, only one mile south of great fishing, swimming, and boating at Rockport Beach on Aransas Bay. While you're out, you can stop by the Texas Maritime Museum (one mile north), where Gulf Coast history is told through exhibits and artifacts, and sample the many restaurants and shops in downtown Rockport.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
