Didnt like that we couldn't open the sliding doors to the balcony....and there was NO HOT water that night but was back on the next morning.

Arrival was smooth. When we got to the room our room was 63° we turned the thermostat to 80° and it still sounded like it was on. So we decided to turn it off that didn’t work. We left went to eat and then came back and our room was freezing. Nothing we did worked. We got ready to go to the Reba concert and when we got back well you guessed it our room was still cold. When we spoke to the lady at the front desk she said the hotel runs on a boiler system and all the rooms are cold. She couldn’t change our room due to being all booked and she had no more extra blankets since the whole hotel was cold. We took our showers and the water was not hot but luke warm and we actually ran out of warm/hot water when my husband took his shower. If you want a hotel that is freezing or no hot water then this is for you! Me on the other hand love being warm and love HOT showers so we will not be going back to this hotel unless they do a lot work to fix these issues.
