This brand-new, two-story resort home enjoys a prime location within a short walk or drive of the beach and is only four miles away from the heart of Port Aransas. Discover incredible restaurants, shops, and attractions, including Port Aransas Beach, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, Dolphin Dock Inc, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Port Aransas Jetty, and Port Aransas Nature Preserve at Charlie's Pasture.

This splendid home away from home has been recently built to provide you and your guests with nothing but comfort, convenience, and a wonderful place to call home. Upon entering, you will discover a beautifully appointed open floor plan with lots of windows that allow the natural light in. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room and prepare for an entertaining evening of watching your favorite shows, movies, and sports games on the smart TV with streaming services. If you are not in the mood to stay home, make sure to stop by the community heated pool for a refreshing splash or bring your clubs and head over to the on-site golf course for some tee time. Then, come back home to a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with brand-new stainless steel appliances. This level also opens onto a covered front porch with an outdoor dining area.

Regarding sleeping arrangements, you will find one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom on the main floor enjoys a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Both upper-level bedrooms share access to a covered balcony with seating and have smart TVs and en suite baths. Additional perks include a washer/dryer on the upper level.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
