Morgan Avenue is located in a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood in Corpus Christi. It is conveniently located close to all the top attractions, with a walkability score of 88 out of 100. We are located in the heart of the city and do also have the general urban foot traffic, including a transient population, that is not uncommon to see in our area given the high density of the central city. Additionally, we do recommend that guests do the proper research on our area prior to booking. However, if convenience is what you most desire here is a more detailed description of our area.

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.
